We're thrilled to share that the Ward 11 website is currently undergoing a significant update to better serve our community! Our goal is to make it easier than ever for residents to access important information and stay connected with what's happening in our ward and throughout Hamilton.
What to Expect from the New Ward 11 Website:
City Services & Navigation: You'll continue to find up-to-date information about city services and helpful resources on how to navigate municipal processes and services.
Live Service Map: Our popular Live Service Map will remain a key feature, allowing you to easily submit service tickets and track reported issues in real-time as our office works with the city to resolve them.
Ward 11 Business Directory: After many resident requests, we're excited to introduce a new Business Directory showcasing local businesses within Ward 11. If you'd like to suggest a business to be added, please email us at ward11@hamilton.ca with the business details, and we'll include it in the directory.
Community and Senior Services: In the first half of 2025, we have plans to add comprehensive Community and Senior Services pages, to help you have a go-to resource to businesses and organizations with the information you need, when you need it.
Newsletter Archive: Stay informed with our upcoming Newsletter Archive, where you'll be able to browse past issues and catch up on community news and updates.
Events Calendar: We're launching a brand-new Events Calendar featuring both local and city-wide events of interest to keep you engaged with community happenings.

We anticipate the majority of these updates will be rolled out during the first quarter of 2025—hopefully sooner! Our team will continue making improvements to ensure the website remains a valuable resource for all residents.
