Fifty Road Transportation Hub

As most will recall, included in the approval for a commercial development at Fifty Road and the South Service Road, was a Transportation Hub,  This was a key component to the development and its approval.  Go has recently changed the location of the proposed Transportation Hub to the east side of Fifty Road.   Councillor Brenda Johnson has moved a motion at GIC “General Issues Committee of Council” requested that the City notify GO that it requests the location of the Transportation Hub be on the west side of Fifty Road as originally planned with the approved commercial development.  This motion received unanimous approval by committee and staff are contacted GO to advise them of Council’s request.
