Date: Thursday, October 17th, 2024 to approximately November 18th, 2024
Scope: To enhance park drainage and visitor experience, a portion of Kopperfield Park will be temporarily closed for upgrades.
Project Details:
Catch Basin Installation: Two new catch basins will be installed to effectively manage stormwater runoff.
Regrading: The northeast corner of the park will be regraded to improve drainage and prevent water accumulation.
Pathway Closure: The northeast corner of the park pathway will be inaccessible during construction.
Accessibility:
While the northeast corner undergoes these improvements, other park amenities will remain open and accessible for your enjoyment:
Playground
Shade shelter
Basketball courts
Construction Activity:
Please be aware that some areas within the park may be fenced off or restricted due to construction access and equipment. This activity will primarily occur during daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
